Deuce to Seven Lowball list

The ranking Deuce to Seven Lowball is the exact opposite of the traditional classification that classifies the hands tall. As a result, the worst hand in poker, with 7-5 high cards of different suits, becomes the best in deuce to seven lowball (called ‘perfect seven’ low or ‘wheel’).
The Ace is always considered as the highest card in Deuce to Seven (where A, 5,4,3,2 is an Ace Low, not a ladder). Straights and flushes to weigh against a low hand in Deuce to Seven.

Seven Low: Any five cards different from one another, they form either a straight or a flush, including the highest card is a 7. The best possible hand is 7,5,4,3,2, also known as ‘wheel’ or ‘number one’
In the event of a tie, the player who has the second lowest card. Beats 7,5,4,3,2 then 7,6,5,3,2 (a 7-5 low ‘is better than a low -6 ’7′). If necessary, to determine the winning point are considered to be the third, fourth and fifth highest card.

Eight Low: Any five cards different from one another, they form either a straight or a flush, including the highest card is an 8.

Nine Low: Any five cards different from one another, they form either a straight or a flush, including the highest card is a 9.

Note: Games Deuce to Seven Lowball there is no ‘qualifier’ (ie there is no minimum requirement for winning a hand). The above are only examples of hands that can happen – in Deuce to Seven the worst hand always wins, even if it is a couple or a point worse!
