Phil Laak said he wanted to enter the Guinness Book of World Records for the world of poker, to overcome the record of Paul Zimbler last year with 78 hours of continuous play.
The idea came about eight years ago when Phil found himself playing a marathon of 10 cash game sessions lasting 40-60 hours each in a few days. As stated Poker champion, is from January which is preparing for this event and wants to be able to establish the record.
“I followed a specific training program for body, mind and spirit,” Laak insists, “I feel fit, I am ready to face this challenge.”
Donate half of any winnings to Camp Sunshine, an organization that organizes summer camps for children with life-threatening diseases.
